01/09/12: FYI – Annual Contributions Update

This post is to inform the membership of Bethel A.M.E. Church – York, that all 2011 contributions to the organization have been tabulated.  Official income tax letters documenting each of your total annual donations are being coordinated and mailed to individual home addresses of record on January 16, 2012.

If you moved to a new location in 2011 — or will be moving prior to January 16, 2012 — please complete the “New Home/Mailing Address” form found below.  Submission of this form immediately alerts the Bethel A.M.E. – York administration office.  Any changes will be reflected on the income tax letter and in your official Bethel A.M.E. membership file.
